Rehearsals - with Pro-Life Fitness Centre
The team's rehearsal schedule is extremely demanding, with the members having to attend a minimum of 2 rehearsals a week. On top of this they are expected to follow their own personal fitness programme to maintain exception fitness levels and flexibility.
During the training sessions themselves the dancers cover various different types of training and exercise, including stretch and tone, aerobic training as well as dance technique. The squad members also take part in all different types of dance: from jazz, hip-hop, street dance and ballet to help build strength and technique.
The training plays a key part in the success of the Rockettes and as a team we continually strive to raise the bar, incorporating more difficult moves and improving our technique to ensure we stay the UK's top Pro-Sports Dance Team.
